This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, retain, disclose, sell, share, and otherwise process personal information when you visit diamondpolicies.com, respond to our advertisements, submit an insurance inquiry, request information about insurance products or otherwise interact with our services.

We may also automatically collect information regarding your interaction with our websites and advertisements, including IP address, browser and device information, referring URLs, advertising attribution information, cookies, pixels, and website activity.

Family First Life and Insurance Professionals

Diamond Policy is an insurance marketing and lead-generation brand that connects consumers interested in insurance products and services with insurance professionals.

Information submitted through Diamond Policy may be provided, assigned, sold, licensed, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to Family First Life (“FFL”) and/or insurance agents or agencies affiliated with Family First Life for purposes including responding to insurance inquiries and offering insurance products and services.

The specific agent or agency that will receive an inquiry may not be known or selected at the time the consumer submits information.

Insurance agents and agencies receiving information may be independently owned or operated and may maintain their own privacy practices.

Diamond Policy’s business model may include receiving compensation for providing insurance inquiries to participating insurance professionals. Accordingly, Diamond Policy may sell, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise provide personal information associated with an insurance inquiry to Family First Life-affiliated insurance agents and agencies.

An inquiry does not necessarily cease to exist after its initial assignment.

If a consumer does not purchase insurance, cannot be reached, does not complete an application, requests additional information, or otherwise remains a prospective insurance customer, Diamond Policy may retain the inquiry as permitted by applicable law.

The inquiry may subsequently be assigned, sold, transferred, or reassigned to another participating insurance professional.

Therefore, a consumer may be contacted regarding an insurance inquiry submitted previously, including by an insurance professional who was not the original recipient of the inquiry.

Diamond Policy may internally classify inquiries as new, aged, recycled, reassigned or previously generated leads.

Nothing in this section overrides a consumer’s applicable privacy rights, revocation of consent, do-not-call request, opt-out request, or other rights provided by applicable law.

Communications

Where a consumer separately provides applicable consent, Diamond Policy, Family First Life and/or participating insurance agents or agencies may contact the consumer regarding insurance products and services.

Depending upon the consent provided, communications may include telephone calls and SMS/text messages and may use automated dialing or messaging technology.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Consumers may revoke consent or request that communications stop as provided by applicable law. Consumers receiving text messages may reply STOP to request cessation of further marketing texts from the applicable sender.

A consumer’s request not to be contacted will be honored as required by applicable law.

Information We Disclose or Sell

Depending upon the transaction and applicable law, categories of personal information sold or disclosed may include:

  • Identifiers such as name, telephone number, email address and mailing address;
  • Demographic information;
  • Insurance interests and coverage needs;
  • Information submitted in connection with an insurance inquiry;
  • Internet and advertising activity; and
  • Other information voluntarily submitted by a consumer.

Recipients may include Family First Life, insurance agents and agencies affiliated with Family First Life, insurance carriers where appropriate, and service providers assisting Diamond Policy with its operations.

Service Providers

We may disclose information to companies that perform services on our behalf, including providers of:

  • Website hosting
  • Customer relationship management systems
  • Telecommunications and SMS services
  • Analytics
  • Advertising
  • Data security
  • Compliance
  • Lead management
  • Email services

These disclosures may be governed by contractual or legal restrictions where applicable.

Data Retention

We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our business, administer insurance inquiries, maintain consent and compliance records, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, satisfy legal or regulatory requirements and protect our legal rights.

Insurance inquiries may therefore be retained after the consumer’s original submission.

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, potentially including rights to:

  • Know or access personal information maintained about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Request deletion;

California Residents

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), where applicable.

These may include rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as well as rights concerning certain sensitive personal information.

Diamond Policy may sell personal information when it receives compensation or other value in exchange for transferring insurance inquiries to participating insurance professionals.

California residents may submit an applicable opt-out request through:

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: https://diamondpolicies.com/privacy-choices

Diamond Policy will also process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.

California’s Attorney General confirms that covered businesses must honor applicable opt-outs and GPC signals and generally cannot resume selling/sharing after an opt-out unless the consumer later authorizes it.

Cookies and Advertising

We may use cookies, Meta Pixel, analytics technologies and similar technologies to operate our websites, measure advertising effectiveness, understand consumer interactions and improve our services.

Third-party advertising and technology providers may process information according to their respective privacy policies.

Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Diamond Policy’s insurance inquiry services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly use our insurance lead-generation services to collect personal information from children under 18.
